The 151 Brew Club recently visited award-winning Decipher Brewing in Charlottesville to brew on their 1BBL system. Club members enjoyed some great camaraderie and learned commercial brewing techniques and best practices while brewing an American Pale Ale. The recipe was developed by the club’s two 2022 co-Brewers of the Year with help from WildManDan. Eight club brewers took home 3-4 gallons of sweet wort to finish at home. We’ll sample the finished beer at a future club meeting. Nearly 20 club members participated in this memorable event. Special thanks to Decipher for being an incredible host!
